It was not easy when my Grandfather passed away and his assets went into probate. Mark was the first Realtor® who reached out to me. He was kind and sympathetic. It was evident that he was most concerned about the loss of a loved one and making himself available if I had any questions about a very complicated probate process as it relates to selling property. Mark and his entire office were excellent! Mark has extensive knowledge of the market as well as all the nuances of probate property. My specific transaction was nothing short of surprising.
