It was not easy when my Grandfather passed away and his assets went into probate. Mark was the first Realtor® who reached out to me. He was kind and sympathetic. It was evident that he was most concerned about the loss of a loved one and making himself available if I had any questions about a very complicated probate process as it relates to selling property. It took me a good month or so after our initial contact before I was ready to even think about beginning the process of selling. Mark would call or email to check in with me to see if he could offer assistance, but he was never pushy and never tried to “sell” his service. His patience, understanding, and knowledge won my husband and me over. Thank goodness we went with Mark! The process ended up taking longer than anticipated and had Mark not been completely proactive in moving things along, negotiating for us, and advocating for us, it would have taken even longer. I cannot say enough great things about Mark as a Realtor® and just as being a genuine person. Without Mark, I can honestly say that this process would have been way too overwhelming for me, even with a probate attorney.
