Mark would call or email to check in with me to see if he could offer assistance, but he was never pushy and never tried to “sell” his service. His patience, understanding, and knowledge won my husband and me over. Thank goodness we went with Mark! The process ended up taking longer than anticipated and had Mark not been completely proactive in moving things along, negotiating for us, and advocating for us, it would have taken even longer.
