I cannot say that about all of my previous experiences with agents buying and selling real estate. Ms. Munoz’s professional yet friendly attitude, her knowledge of probate and estate rules, and her patience and understanding as she guided me through the selling process exceeded my expectations. She was responsive at every turn of events and was willing to explain each step so that I could clearly understand the process and know what to expect next. I appreciated her compassion and understanding particularly since I was dealing not only with selling my mother’s home (and family home for decades) but also with the very recent death of my brother. I believe Leticia is an asset to her firm and I would recommend her services to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate, and most definitely anyone needing an agent for a probate real estate sale.
